Hello Saturday! :)

i had a really busy weekdays, fully researched on Turkish , Scandinavian and Japanese bath.
and they are still enjoy "bathing" in my head now. O.O

By the way, i'm having quite complicated mood in this week.
happy, but sad, as all of our korean friends are going back to korea in this week.
it's such a nightmare for me, i am no longer being a bully! lol



i am really glad to know everyone of them, they've brighten up my 200/365 rainy days in the UK.



But i believe we all will gather again very soon, due to our same hobbies? :)



one of our hobbies : collecting vintage stuffs (rubbish?)
lol. we've found some wonderful vintage stores in Cardiff yesterday, it may not considered vintage, it's just donation from someone to raise money for some charity organizations.



But there's lots vintage stuffs we could find in the stores. Everything in the stores is just amazingly cheap and Nice!




Everything is just worth enough to buy because everything is valuable especially these old discs collection!
i've bought them and planning to display in my future vintage cafe? LOL



We even played rock-paper-scissor to get this!
Apparently it's a music box, with 30 years of history?!?! and it is still working!
however, i was the loser, i could only take photo on it but not to keep it. :(



i guess most of you know that i am a postcards collector as well :)
the reason i love to collect postcards is because i think that they have printed the best scenes of their places/people/culture/history/tradition on the postcards.
the point is, people are normally write about something good and happy on the postcards, i think i am impressed! :)



i should have mentioned that those postcards they sell in charity shops ain't new one, all of them are antiques and have been used!
Fabulous handwriting huh?!??!?!



1980? oh my god~ they have preserved it well. ( power of British? ) O.O
notice about this postcard, it has the same visual for the postcard and the stamp! amazing!

i feel it's kinda exciting when i saw all these postcards, it was really funny when i read through their postcards.
it's reminded me of a quote that i have posted in my previous blog :

to create a comfortable living environment for ownself, to enjoy staying inside own space,

i assume these are the reasons i wanted to be an interior designer.

although things may not come to be so perfect as what we have expected, but at least, never neglect the essential of living.

Always believe in something, especially in yourself.

this is what i have learned in this week from the external examiner of my project and everything she said has profoundly recorded in my mind.

"Release yourself, just do what you want to do!" , she said.

"Yes, i will do better next time." , i said.

"not better, is believing in yourself! Be positive, you can do it! you have got all skills you need, you just have to believe.", she said.

lol, she said it is about me, it is not about the space, i was really stunned, she was talking about ME.

she has unveiled my weaknesses, the truth that i have known about myself which i am unable to change.

i believe that i am a optimist, but also a coward. lol

i am lack of courage to be the true me.

But, what am i afraid of?

i am still young and energetic, i have got youth on my side! (i think) lol!

i just have to do what i want to do, whatever i do, whether is it bad or good, it is nothing matters as it is what i want to do, what i can do and it creates ME.

all we can do is, abandon everything!

abandon the critic, release the burden.

abandon what you cant, focus on what you can!

it is time to take risk, it is never be too late, as long as we believe! :)

lol, i hope the topic of "Believe" didnt bore you.

thanks to my friends who have helped to set up and attended the show! :D

it is a good experience for me, i feel it is like a real exhibition but not just pasting your works on the wall.

i should admit that the lecturers here are really good, they have given all the freedom to do what we want to do for the exhibition.

however, i was never expected that we can do so much.

so it turned out like this, humble layout and humble me. lol!

i am ought to do a more outstanding one, there is still a chance for me, i will not lose it! :DDD

Good works from my classmates, these are the both i love the most.

two guys with very different style, but, they both produced high quality works.
